| 中文摘要:摘要目的应用营养风险筛查（NRS2002）评定住院患者营养状况，同时调查住院患者营养治疗率，判断营养治疗的合理性。方法对3567例符合NRS评定条件的新住院患者进行评定，并调查住院2周内营养治疗使用情况。除体质指数采用中国标准外，其余与NRS2002方法一致。营养治疗包括肠外和肠内营养。结果全部对象中NRS总评分≥3分有834例（2339%），使用营养治疗的有661例（18.53%）。NRS总评分≥3分的患者中使用营养治疗的有256例（30.70%），营养治疗的患者中NRS总评分≥3分占38.73%。结 |
