| 中文摘要:摘要目的探讨三金三子汤免煎方剂中药对草酸钙结晶生长的影响。方法采用45Ca-CaCl2 掺入的结晶生长动力学模型，研究不同作用时间免煎方剂中药对草酸钙结晶生长的影响。结果从免煎方剂中药组5min滤液内cpm%明显减少，与对照组同时间点的水平相当，20~120min诸时间点的cpm%与对照组比较，cpm %减少幅度甚小，甚至接近回复总放管水平。结论免煎方剂中药对草酸钙结晶生长有明显的抑制作用，抑制作用与用药时间呈依赖关系。为临床应用此免煎方剂中药临床治疗尿路结石患者提供一定的试验依据。 |

| The Study of the Effect of Non-decoctting Chinese Traditional Medicine on the Growth of Calcium Oxalate Crystal |

| Abstract:AbstractObjectiveTo explore the effect of san jin san zi soup non-decoctting Chinese traditional medicine on the growth of calcium oxalate crystal. MethodsWe applied the 45 Ca-CaCl2 incorporated crystal growth kinetic model and investigated the effect of non-decoctting Chinese traditional medicine on the growth of calcium oxalate crystal on different action time. ResultsThe filtrate′s cpm percentage(%) obviously decreased after the non-decoctting Chinese traditional medicine actted 5 minutes, which was as much as that of the control group concurrent testing. The filtrate′s cpm% decreased less significantly than that of the control group after the non-decoctting Chinese traditional medicine actted from 20 minutes to 120 minutes, and even it was approximately near to the initial level. ConclusionThe non-decoctting Chinese traditional medicine has the inhibitory action on the the growth of calcium oxalate crystal, and the inhibitory action depends on the medicating time,which providing some evidence for the doctors to treat the lithangiuria patients by use of the non-decoctting Chinese traditional medicine. |
