中文摘要:目的比较正常和老龄动脉粥样硬化动物模型升主动脉的蠕变特性,确定动脉粥样硬化对升主动脉拉伸力学特性的影响。方法在日本岛津电子万能试验机上对正常组和模型组各15个试样进行拉伸实验。拉伸实验的加速度为5mm/min。结果正常组拉伸最大载荷为1.38±0.16N,最大应力1.99±0.23MPa,最大位移2.59±0.27mm,最大应变52.1%±5.4%;模型组拉伸最大载荷为0.99±0.16N,最大应力1.39±0.19MPa,最大位移2.06±0.22mm,最大应变41.14%±4.37%。结论动脉粥样硬化对升主动脉力学特性具有一定影响。

Study on Mechanical Properties of Ascending Aorta in Experimental Old Rat Model of Atherosclerosis
Abstract:ObjectiveTo compare the creep characteristics of normal and old atherosclerosis animal model ascending aorta and identify the impact of atherosclerosis on the ascending aorta tensile mechanical properties. MethodsThe tensile experiments were done by Shimadzu electronic universal testing machine to carry out normal and model specimens each for fifteen. The tensile experimental rate of increase was 5mm/min. ResultsThe tensile maximum load of normal group was 1.38±0.16N. The maximum stress was 1.99±023MPa. The maximum displacement was 2.59±0.27mm, and maximum strain was 52.1%±5.4%. The tensile maximum load of model group was 0.99±0.16N. The maximum stress was 1.39±0.19MPa. The maximum displacement was 2.06±0.22mm, and maximum strain was 41.14%±4.37%. ConclusionAtherosclerosis has some influence on the ascending aorta tensile characteristics.
