| 中文摘要:目的体外建立2型糖尿病家系永生化B淋巴母细胞系。方法应用EB病毒(EBV)转化技术，将2型糖尿病家系外周血B淋巴细胞转化成永生化淋巴母细胞系(LCL)。结果成功地为一个2型糖尿病家系的10名成员建立了永生细胞株,其中4名为患者。 结论2 型糖尿病家系永生细胞株成功建立，该细胞株保存了原来个体完整的基因组,为以后的深入研究提供随时可取的实验材料。 |

| Establishment of Immorta Lized B-lymphoblastoid Cell Lines in a Pedigree of Type 2 Diabetes |

| Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish immortalized B lymphoblast cell lines in a pedigree of type 2 diabetes in vitro. MethodsThe cell lines were constructed by means of adding Epstein-Barr virus to peripheral B lymphocytes. ResultsWe successfully established 10 immortal lymphoblastoid cell lines in the family, and 4 of them suffered from type 2 diabetes. ConclusionThese immortal lymphoblastoid cell lines would preserve the unique genome of type 2 diabetes. |
