中文摘要:目的探讨人类β-防御素-1(hBD-1)基因多态性与慢性阻塞性肺病(chronic obstuctive pulmonary disease,COPD)之间的关系。方法采用病例对照研究和聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术,检测COPD患者hBD-1基因型频率分布。结果COPD组C、G等位基因频数分别是85.25%和14.75%,对照组 C、G等位基因频数分别是7333%和2667%, C等位基因在COPD组的频数明显高于健康对照组 (χ2=5237,P<005, OR:2101,95% CI:1104~3998)。结论hBD-1基因668C/G位点基因多态性与中国北方汉族人群COPD易感性有相关性,C等位基因可能是COPD的高危险基因。 |

Abstract:ObjectiveThis study was designed to investigate the relationship between polymorphisms of hBD-1 668 C/G loci and COPD in Chinese Han population. MethodsWe used a case-control study to compare the frequent distribution of human β-defensin-1 genetypes with a polymerase chain reaction-fragment polymorphism(PCR-RFLP)method. ResultsThe allele frequencies of 668 C and 668G were 85.25% and 14.75% in COPD smokers, and 73.33% and 26.67% in healthy smokers (P<0.05,OR was 2.101 with 95% confidence interval 1.104~3.998 ). ConclusionThe polymorphism of hBD-1 668C/G is associated with susceptibility to COPD in Chinese Han population.Furthermore, the 668C allele represents relatively higher susceptibility to COPD. |
