中文摘要:目的研究生地黄汤不同配伍组成中多糖含量变化及对止血作用的影响。方法以葡萄糖为对照品,采用蒽酮-硫酸法于622nm处测定多糖含量;给小鼠灌服不同配伍组成的生地黄汤水煎液,采用剪尾法及毛细玻管法测定各组小鼠出、凝血时间,与对照组进行比较,并进行统计学处理。结果当生地黄与大黄的比例为30∶6时止血效果最好。多糖的含量也呈现出先增后降的规律。结论多糖可能是止血的有效成分,但不一定是唯一活性成分。 |

Experimental Study on the Changes of the Content of Polysaccharides and its Hemostatic Effect in Shengdihuang Decoction with Different Proportion Compatibility |

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the change of the content of polysaccharides and its hemostatic effect in Shengdihuang Decoction with different proportion compatibility. MethodsAnthrone-sulfuri acid colorinetric method was used. The mice were administered with different proportion compatibility in Shengdihuang Decoction. Breaking tail hemostasia and capillary coagulation in mice were used to evaluate the hemostatic effect.These indicators were compared between the control group and experiment gronps,and were statistically analyzed. ResultsWith the increase in the amount of rheum,the content of polysaccharides increased at first and then decreased.The rate of 30∶6 was the best proportion compatibility which can strengthen the hemostatic effect. ConclusionThe polysaccharides may be one of the effective hemostatic components,but not the only one. |
