中文摘要:目的探讨重组人KGF-2突变体给药对60Co γ全身照射小鼠小肠黏膜损伤的保护作用。 方法将小鼠分为正常组、模型组、重组KGF-2突变体防治组和安多霖防治组。利用60Co γ射线放射源对模型组和防治组小鼠进行全身照射,总剂量为6.5Gy。从存活率、生存状态和小肠组织病理切片等方面分析重组人KGF-2突变体的防治效果。结果重组人KGF-2突变体防治组存活率明显高于安多霖防治组和模型组;病理切片观察结果显示,重组人KGF-2突变体给药能够促进小肠隐窝细胞的增生,加快受损肠黏膜上皮的修复。重组人KGF-2突变体防疗组在毛色、行动状态等形态学指标上也明显好于模型组。 结论重组人KGF-2突变体给药可以显著提高存活率,对60Co γ照射小鼠的小肠组织损伤具有较好的防治作用。 |

Study on the Prevention and Treatment of the Small Intestine Radiation Damage in Rats by Recombinant Human KGF-2 Mutant |

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the prevention effect of the recombinant human KGF-2 mutant for intestine mucosal damage caused by whole body radiation of 60Co γ. MethodsThe Mice were divided into normal group, model group and other two groups administrated by recombinant human KGF-2 mutant or Anduolin. Then all mice were irradiated by 60Co γ with the dose of 6.5Gy. The effect of recombinant human KGF-2 mutant can be analyzed through the survival rate, living status and pathological tissue slice of small intestine. ResultsThe survival rate of recombinant human KGF-2 mutant group was significantly higher than that of both groups of Anduolin and model. The results of pathological tissue slice showed that administration of the KGF-2 mutant could promote the proliferation of intestinal crypt cells, and restore the injured intestinal mucosa. What′s more, mice in recombinant human KGF-2 mutant group were significantly better than those in the model group in terms of morphological index of fur color, action status and so on. ConclusionThe recombinant human KGF-2 mutant can significantly increase the survival rate, and has good prevention and treatment effect in mice with injury caused by radiation of 60Co γ. |
