中文摘要:目的研究B7家族的新成员B7-H4 mRNA在肝癌细胞株中的表达,以及BEL-7404在抗肿瘤药物索拉非尼作用下mRNA的表达变化。方法采用反转录聚合酶连反应( RT-PCR) 方法检测10株肝细胞株中mRNA的表达;使用不同浓度索拉非尼杀伤BEL-7404后检测其B7-H4 mRNA的表达。 结果B7-H4 mRNA在部分肝癌细胞株中有表达;在使用索拉非尼后BEL-7404 B7-H4表达明显下降。结论B7-H4基因与肿瘤细胞生长活性密切相关。 |

The Expression of B7-H4 mRNA in HCC Cell Lines and the Changes in BEL-7404 after Using Sorafenib |

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the mRNA expression of B7-H4 in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) cell lines and the expression changes in BEL-7404 under anticancer drug sorafenib. MethodsThe mRNA expression of B7-H4 in ten liver cell lines was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).With different concentrations sorafenib, we observed the change of B7-H4 mRNA expression in BEL-7404. ResultsB7-H4 mRNA was expressed partly in these liver cancer cell lines. B7-H4 mRNA of BEL-7404 was significantly decreased after using sorafenib. ConclusionB7-H4 gene is closely related to tumor cell growth activity. |
