| 中文摘要:目的观察三七对酒精性肝病大鼠肝组织TNF-α、Leptin、IL-6、IL-8等因子的影响，探讨其抗酒精性肝病的作用机制。方法70只雄性SD大鼠随机分为模型组、三七低剂量组、三七高剂量组和硫普罗宁组各15只及正常组10只，模型组大鼠灌服白酒-玉米油-吡唑混合液14周建立酒精性肝病模型，三七低、高剂量组和硫普罗宁组大鼠在造模的同时予以相应的药物干预，正常组以蒸馏水代替，连续14周；酶联免疫法和放射免疫法检测肝组织中TNF-α、Leptin、IL-6及IL-8等细胞因子的含量。结果模型组大鼠肝组织TNF-α、Leptin、IL-6及IL-8含量较正常组明显升高（P<0.01），应用不同剂量三七及硫普罗宁干预后肝组织TNF-α、Leptin、IL-6及L-8含量较模型组明显降低（P<0.05）。结论三七防治大鼠酒精性肝病的机制可能与降低ALD大鼠肝组织TNF-α、Leptin、IL-6及IL-8等细胞因子的水平有关。 |

| The Effect of Sanchi on the Expression of Hepatic Cytokines in Rats with Alcoholic Liver Disease |

| Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of Sanchi on expression of hepatic TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 and leptin in rats with alcoholic liver disease (ALD), thus to explore the mechanism of Sanchi in alcoholic liver disease. MethodsSeventy SD rats were randomly divided into five groups: the normal group (n=10), the model group (n=15), the high-dose Sanchi group (n=15), the low-dose Sanchi group (n=15), and the tiop ronin group (n=15). Alcoholic liver disease in rats of the model group was induced with mixture of alcohol- corn oil- pyrazole in14weeks.Rats in the high-dose Sanchi, the low-dose Sanchi, and the tiop ronin group were treated with different medicine. The contents of hepatic TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 and leptin were examined with ELISA or RIA. ResultsIn the model group，the amounts of hepatic TNF -α,IL-6,IL-8 and leptin were higher than those in the normal group（P<0.01）, and all those in the treatment groups were lower than those in the model group (P<0.05). ConclusionSanchi can markedly reduce the levels of hepatic TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 and leptin. This may serve as one of the critical mechanisms through which Sanchi efficiently prevents from alcoholic liver disease. |
