中文摘要:目的本研究分析蝇蛆干粉营养素含量,并研究蝇蛆壳聚糖对实验性糖尿病的抗氧化损伤能力和可能的机制。方法用化学等方法测定各种营养素的含量,用试剂盒测定血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果蝇蛆干粉营养丰富,蛋白质61.4%,脂肪达12.3%, 壳聚糖为10.8%。蝇蛆壳聚糖对实验性高血糖大鼠的作用与模型对照组相比,中、高剂量组血清SOD活性明显提高,其中中剂量组相差显著(P<0.05),高剂量组非常显著(P<0.01);中、高剂量组血清GSH-Px活性有明显的提高,中、高剂量组均有非常显著的差异(P<0.01);中、高剂量组血清MDA含量有明显下降,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结论蝇蛆干粉营养丰富,蛆壳聚糖对实验性糖尿病有显著的抗氧化损伤能力。

Study on the Determination of Nutrient Contents of Fly Maggot Powder and the Effect of Flyblow Chitosan on Anti-oxidant Function in Experimental Diabetic Rats
Abstract:ObjectiveTo determine the nutrient contents of fly maggot powder, as well as to explore the effect and possible mechanisms of flyblow chitosan on anti-oxidation. MethodsThe contents of nutrients were analyzed by chemical methods. The activity of SOD, GSH-Px, MOD were analyzed through the method of kit. ResultsFly maggot powder was rich in nutrition, with 61.4% of protein, 12.3% of fatty, and 10.8% of flyblow chitosan. The activity of SOD in medium- and high-dose groups increased significantly compared with the control group, with the medium-dose group witnessed significant difference (P<0.05) and the high-dose group witnessed highly significant difference (P<0.01). The activity of GSH-Px also increased significantly in both medium- and high-dose groups (P<0.01). The serum MDA content decreased significantly in both medium- and high-dose groups (P<0.01). ConclusionThe fly maggot powder is rich in nutrition. Flyblow chitosan has significant anti-oxidant capability.
