| 中文摘要:目的研究不同脑血管狭窄患者血清中总载脂蛋白E的含量，并观察其在狭窄脑血管部位的分布，探索ApoE在脑血管狭窄中的可能作用机制。方法通过酶联免疫吸附试验检测患者血清中的ApoE含量；通过尸检，常规病理HE染色鉴定脑血管标本中的狭窄部位，并采用免疫组织化学的方法分析ApoE在相应部位的分布。结果血清中总ApoE的检测发现，各狭窄组中血清蛋白的含量与对照组相比均显著性减少(P=0.000)；血管组织分布检测发现，ApoE在尸检多种脑血管狭窄部位均有明显的增强表达。结论血清中ApoE含量的减少参与了脑血管狭窄的病理机制，但脑血管狭窄部位ApoE含量增多，其机制和作用有待进一步深入探讨。 |

| Contents of Serum ApoE in Patients of Cerebral Vascular Stenosis and the Distribution of ApoE in the Stenosis Parts |

| Abstract:ObjectiveTo search for the mechanism of ApoE in cerebral vascular stenosis, the changes of serum ApoE in different kinds of cerebral vascular stenosis patients were studied. MethodsEnzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was adopted to analyze serum ApoE in different vascular stenosis group and control group. Hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining and immunohistochemistry were used for screening the stenotic cerebral vascular and detecting the distribution of ApoE in the stenotic vascular. ResultsSerum ApoE contents of all vascular stenosis groups significantly decreased (P=0.000). But the expression of ApoE in stenotic vasculars was obviously up-regulated. ConclusionSerum ApoE participates in the occurrence mechanism of cerebral vascular stenosis. But the mechanism of the distribution of ApoE in the stenotic vascular need further study. |
