| 中文摘要:目的探讨螺旋CT在急性肠梗阻诊断中的价值。方法回顾114例急性肠梗阻患者的64排螺旋CT影像，对照分析影像诊断与临床诊断。结果114例肠梗阻病例中，CT影像诊断与临床诊断相符的患者107例。结论螺旋CT在急性肠梗阻的诊断中具有非常重要的作用，临床应用价值较高。 |

| The Clinical Value of 64-slice Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Bowel Obstruction |

| Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the clinical value of 64-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of bowel obstruction. MethodsOne hundred and fourteen patients with different kinds of bowel obstruction underwent 64-slice spiral CT examination. And their images were analyzed by three radiologists. The CT findings were compared with the surgical and pathologic results. ResultsIn 114 cases of bowel obstruction, there were 107 cases whose CT results were accordance with clinical diagnosis.Conclusion64-slice spiral CT has very high clinical application value for the diagnose of bowel obstruction. |
