| 中文摘要:目的观察酪氨酸激酶受体B(tyrosine kinase B, TrkB)及其配体脑源性生长因子（brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF）在宫颈癌和宫颈上皮内瘤变组织中的表达情况, 探讨TrkB及配体BDNF与宫颈癌发生发展的关系与临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法(S-P法) 对不同分级30例宫颈癌、89例宫颈上皮内瘤变进行TrkB及配体BDNF表达的检测，并与18例正常宫颈组织中TrkB及配体BDNF表达比较。结果TrkB及配体BDNF在正常宫颈组织中大多数呈阴性表达，在宫颈癌和宫颈上皮内瘤变中呈阳性表达，其表达强度随病变程度增加而增加，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TrkB及配体BDNF的高表达与宫颈癌的发生发展关系密切，检测TrkB及配体BDNF有助于预测宫颈癌的发生发展，两者联合检测有可能作为宫颈癌及癌前病变诊断的生物学标志。 |

| Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the potential role of TrkB and BDNF immuno-histochemical expression in diagnosis and grading of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, and to guide CIN and cervical cancers treatment. MethodsExpression of TrkB and BDNF protein was detected with SP immunochemistry technology in 18 cases of normal cervix uteri tissue, 89 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia tissue and 30 cases of squamous cervical carcinoma tissue.
