中文摘要:目的探讨大肠癌MSCT灌注成像特点与CD105的相关性。方法对19例大肠癌患者行MSCT灌注成像扫描,通过输入动脉TDC曲线,计算出灌注值(perfusion),强化峰值(PEI)、达峰时间(TTP)、血容量(BV)。应用免疫组化分别检测大肠癌组织及正常肠壁中的CD105标记的MVD表达,探讨大肠癌MSCT灌注参数与CD105标记的MVD表达之间的相关性。结果大肠癌组织中CD105阳性表达的 MVD计数率与正常肠壁组织差别有统计学意义。大肠癌灌注参数Perfusion、PEI、与MVD之间存在相关性,P值均小于0.05,BV、TTP与MVD之间不存在相关性,P值分别为0.072、0.833。结论大肠癌组织中CD105表达的MVD计数表达率高于正常肠壁组织;大肠癌灌注参数灌注值、PEI与MVD之间存在相关性,BV、TTP与MVD表达无相关性。

The Study of Relationship Between MSCT Perfusion Imaging Features and CD105 Factors
Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the relationship between CT perfusion imaging features and CD105 factors. Methods19 cases of colorectal carcinoma underwent MSCT perfusion scan.The TDC curve of input artery, perfusion value, peak enhancement image, time to peak enhancement image and blood volume were calculated.Immunohistochemistry was used to the expression of MVD marked by CD105 detect in colorectal carcinoma and normal intestinal wall.The correlation between MSCT perfusion parameters of colorectal cancer and the expression of CD105 marker of MVD was analyzed.ResultsThe MVD counting of CD105 factors expression ratio had statistical difference between colon carcinoma and normal colon wall. There was correlation between MVD and CT perfusion parameters, include perfusion and PEI(P<0.05). There was no correlation between MVD and CT perfusion parameters, include BV,TTP(P=0.072 and 0.853).ConclusionThe MVD counting of CD105 factors expression ratio was higher than that in normal normal wall. There was correlation between MVD and the CT perfusion parameters, include perfusion, PEI and BV. There was no correlation between MVD and TTP.
