中文摘要:目的从云南三七材料中分离共生菌,对三七进行发酵转化,研究转化后皂苷成分的变化。方法采用平板划线分离法,从三七根茎、花、种子等材料中分离纯化共生菌,经液体发酵,通过TLC、UV、HPLC等检测方法,对转化前后皂苷变化进行分析。结果共分离出真菌27株,细菌2株初步筛选出两株对皂苷单体转化明显的菌株,转化后总皂苷含量有所增加。结论从三七材料中分离的真菌可以对三七进行定向转化,得到稀有皂苷,并提高总皂苷含量。

A Study on Transformation of Panax Notoginseng by Microbes Isolated from Notoginseng
Abstract:ObjectiveThe microbes were isolated from notoginseng materials sampled in Yunnan.After the microbes were isolated into transforming notoginseng,the chemical ingredients of saponin were determined.MethodsWith plate streaking method,the microbes were isolated from samples of notoginseng roots,flowers,and seeds.After the microbes being isolated into liquid fermentation of the notoginseng samples,the changes of saponins were analysed by TLC,UV and HPLC methods.ResultsThe twenty-seven microbes were identified as fungi and two as bacteria by microbial classification.The two strains of fungi were selected to convert ginsenosides into monomer.ConclusionThe strains of fungi isolated from notoginseng samples could directionally transform ginsenosides into some rare single compounds of saponins,with increasing total ginsenosides.
