| 中文摘要:目的探讨牙列缺损及义齿修复与缺血性脑卒中的相关关系。方法选取217例研究对象，其中缺血性脑卒中104例作为试验组，非缺血性脑卒中113例作为对照组，比较两组组间缺失牙数、牙列缺损程度和无功能咬合单位数等相关指标的差异，并调查分析两组的义齿修复情况。结果试验组缺失牙数明显多于对照组，二者差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)；牙列完整人数对照组多于试验组，而复杂牙列缺损人数则试验组多于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。完整功能咬合人数比例对照组大于试验组，复杂无功能咬合人数比例试验组大于对照组，且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缺血性脑卒中患者缺失牙数和复杂无功能咬合人数比例及牙列缺损程度均大于对照组，提示牙缺失未修复与缺血性脑卒中有关，饮食习惯和脑血管供血的改变可能是两者之间的调解者。 |

| State of Tooth Loss and Restoration in Patient with Ischemic Stroke |

| Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation between tooth loss and ischemic stroke.Methods104 patients with ischemic stroke and 113 people without ischemic stroke were compared for the number of missing tooth,the number of unfunction biting units,the extent of dental defect and the state of restoration.ResultsThe number of tooth missing was higher in patients with ischemic stroke than people without ischemic stroke significantly(P＜0.05).The number of patients with complex dental defect in ischemic stroke group were also higher than that in non-ischemic stroke group significantly (P＜0.05).The number of patients with complex no function biting units in ischemic stroke group was higher than that in non-ischemic stroke group significantly (P＜0.05).ConclusionThe situation of tooth missing,complex un function biting units and the extent of dental defect were more severe in ischemic stroke group than in control group,which implied that tooth loss may have relation with ischemic stroke,and the change of dietary intake and cerebral blood flow maybe the mediator. |
