| 中文摘要:目的测定孕羊羊水中丹参乙酸镁的含量，以评估该药对孕羊的影响。方法将注射用丹参多酚酸盐200mg溶于5%葡萄糖注射液250ml，静脉滴注孕羊4只，滴注前经羊膜囊无菌穿刺抽取10ml羊水4例作为对照组，滴注30min经羊膜囊无菌穿刺抽取10ml羊水4例为研究组，采用高效液相色谱法分别测定羊水中丹参乙酸镁的含量。结果丹参乙酸镁在0.01~10mg/ml范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9976），平均回收率大于90％，RSD小于6.48％。未在定量限范围测得孕羊羊水中丹参乙酸镁。结论注射用丹参多酚酸盐可用于孕羊，丹参多酚酸盐不经过胎羊血循环。 |

| Determination of Salvianolate in Amniotic Fluid of Pregnant Sheep by High Performance Liquid Chromatography |

| Abstract:ObjectiveTo determinate salvianolate in amniotic fluid of pregnant sheep and evaluate the influence of the drug.MethodsFour pregnancy sheep were extracted 10ml amniotic fluid through amniotic sac（control group）. Salvianolate injection 200mg+5% glucose injection 250ml was dripped to the four pregnant sheep by vein.10ml amniotic fluid was extracted through amniotic sac after thirty minutes as study group.Salvianolate was determined in pregnant sheep amniotic fluid by high performance liquid chromatography.ResultsThe line arrange was from 0.01 to 1.0mg/ml（r=0.9976）.The average recovery was greater than 90%,and the RSD was less than 648%.The concentration of salvianolate in pregnant sheep amniotic fluid could not be detected by high performance liquid chromatography.ConclusionSalvianolate for injection could be used in pregnant sheep and could not penetrate amniotic fluid. |
