| 中文摘要:目的利用meta分析探讨中国人同期行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术（TUR-BT）和经尿道前列腺电切术（TUR-P）治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌合并前列腺增生症与单纯行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术对肿瘤复发的影响。方法利用中国期刊全文数据库、Medline检索2010年1月以前的中国人群中同期行TUR-BT和TUR-P术（A组）治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌合并前列腺增生症与单纯行TUR-BT术（B组）对肿瘤复发的影响进行比较的病例对照研究。根据纳入和排除标准，筛选符合的文献。应用Revman 4.2软件，对纳入的文献进行meta分析，并进行发表偏倚估计和敏感性分析。结果符合纳入标准的文献共4篇,总样本量为218例，其中A组110例，复发38例；B组108例，复发43例。合并OR（95%CI）值为0.76（0.43,1.34）。所有病例均未发现前列腺窝处的复发和转移。 结论关于同期行TUR-BT和TUR-P术和单纯行TUR-BT术对肿瘤的复发率的影响，合并OR（95%CI）值为0.76（0.43,1.34），森林图的菱形标记位于“1”的两侧，说明同期行TUR-BT和TUR-P术对于膀胱肿瘤的复发的影响既不是保护因素，也不是危险因素，既不能认为同期行TUR-BT和TUR-P术可以增加或减少膀胱肿瘤的复发率。 |

| Recurrence of Simultaneous TUR-BT and TUR-P for Non-muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer Complicated with Prostatic Hyperplasia in Chinese People:meta-analysis |

| Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the recurrence of simultaneous TUR-BT and TUR-P for non-muscle invasive bladder cancer complicated with prostatic hyperplasia in Chinese people by meta-analysis.MethodsWe retrieved all the case-controlled studies on the comparison of tumor recurrence of simultaneous TUR-BT and TUR-P(group A) and TUR-BT alone(group B) to treat non-muscle invasive bladder cancer complicated with benign prostatic hyperplasia by searching Medline and Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CJFD)(up to January 2010),screened the eligible literature according to the selection and exclusion criteria,and performed meta-analyses on the included studies using the Revman 4.2 software.ResultsFour eligible reports were identified in the study,including 218 cases,of which 110 cases in group A with 38 recurrence cases and 108 cases in group B with 43 recurrence cases.The pooled OR（95%CI）value is 0.76（0.43,1.34）.There′s no recurrence and metastasis in prostatic urethra in all the cases.ConclusionIn the study of tumor recurrence rate of simultaneous TUR-BT and TUR-P and TUR-BT alone,the pooled OR(95%CI)value is 0.76(0.43,1.34).The Diamond-shaped symbol is marked on both sides of ″1″ in forest plot,which shows that simultaneous TUR-BT and TUR-P is neither protection factor nor risk factor.Simultaneous TUR-BT and TUR-P cannot be considered increasing or decreasing the recurrence rate of tumor. |
