| 中文摘要:目的观察沙美特罗替卡松（舒利迭）对延缓慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者肺功能减退的影响。方法将86例COPD稳定期患者随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组给予舒利迭50μg/250μg剂型，1吸/次，2次/日，对照组给予常规治疗。两组共随访观察6个月。测定两组观察前，观察4周时和6个月结束时肺功能和生活质量评分。结果试验组与对照组相比，治疗4周、6个月后肺功能均好转（P＜0.05）。对照组患者与治疗前相比在6个月后肺功能减低（P＜0.05），而试验组患者肺功能在治疗4周后明显好转（P＜0.05），但6个月后肺功能下降，与治疗前相比无统计学差异（P＞0.05）；两组患者SGRQ评分也有类似于肺功能的改变。结论吸入沙美特罗替卡松能延缓COPD患者肺功能的减退，并能改善COPD患者的生活质量。 |

| Effects of Salmeterol/fluticasone Propionate on Delaying the Decline of Lung Function of Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease |

| Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the effects of inhaled salmeterol/fluticasone propionate （seretide）on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） by analyzing lung function.Methods86 patients with COPD were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Baseline treatments were similar in all patients.In experimental group，twice-daily 50μg/250μg dosage form of seretide were additionally given to the patients.Lung function and the scores of quality of life were examined at the time of hospitalizing，4 weeks and 6 months after therapy.ResultsBefore treatment，lung function in both groups was not statistically different （P＞0.05）.As compared to control group，lung function of experimental group improved after 4 weeks and 6 months＇therapy.In the control group，after 6 months′ treatment，lung function became lower than the baseline value(P＜0.05).In the experimental group，after 4 weeks＇ treatment，there was improvement of lung function than the baseline value(P＜0.05).After 6 months＇treatment，lung function became lower than the baseline value but was not statistically different（P＞0.05）.The scores of quality of life were similar to lung function.ConclusionInhaled salmeterol/fluticasone propionate can delay the decline of lung function and improve the quality of life of patients with COPD. |
