中文摘要:目的采用系统评价的方法探讨DNA修复基因X线修复交叉互补因子3(x-ray cross-complementing group 3, XRCC3)18067C>T位点单核苷酸多态性与头颈部肿瘤易感性的关系。方法检索PubMed(1966~2010年)、EMBASE(1974~2010年)、中国生物医学文献数据库CBM(1978~2010年)、中国期刊全文数据库CNKI(1994~2010年)公开发表的关于DNA修复基因XRCC3-18067C>T单核苷酸多态性与头颈部肿瘤易感性的研究。病例组及对照组XRCC3-18067C>T等位基因分布的比值比(odds ratio,OR)为效应指标, 根据一致性检验的结果,选择固定效应模型或随机效应模型对OR进行合并,并进行偏倚评估。结果共查到符合要求的文献9篇,病例组1872例,对照组3521例。分析结果显示:XRCC3-18067C>T位点突变纯合子(T/T)患头颈部肿瘤的风险与野生型纯合子(C/C)相比OR=1.16 (95%CI:0.95~1.43,P=0.150);隐性模式下,18067C>T 位点突变纯合子(T/T)患头颈部肿瘤的风险与野生型(纯合子+杂合子)(C/C)+(C/T)相比OR=1.16 (95%CI:0.96~140,P=0.124);显性模式下,18067C>T 位点突变个体(突变纯合子+突变杂合子)(T/T)+(C/T)患头颈部肿瘤的风险与野生型纯合子(C/C)相比OR=1.05(95%CI:0.93~1.19,P=0.426)。结论DNA修复基因XRCC3 18067C>T位点单核苷酸多态性与头颈部肿瘤易感性间存不在明显相关性。 |

Meta Analysis on DNA Repair Gene XRCC3-18067C>T Single Neucleotide Polymorphisms and Head and Neck Cancer Susceptibility |

Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the relationship between X-ray cross-complementing group 3(XRCC3)gene single neucleotide polymorphisms and head and neck cancer susceptibility. MethodsBy searching Medline, EMBSE, CBM and CNKI,et al, we collected studies about DNA X-ray cross-complementing group 3(XRCC3) gene polymorphisms and head and neck cancer susceptibility. The odds ratios (OR) of variant allele of XRCC3-18067C>T was calculated by using statistic software STATA11.0. Publication bias was also evaluated. ResultsNine case-control studies were identified for the systematic review.A total of 1872 cases and 3521 controls were included. In the (T/T)VS(C/C) group,the odds ratio was 1.16(95% CI:0.95-1.43,P=0.150).For the recessive genetic model, in the (T/T)VS(C/C)+(C/T) group,the odds ratio was 1.16(95%CI:0.96-1.40,P=0.124).For the dominint genetic model, in the (T/T)+(C/T)VS(C/C) group,the odds ratio was 1.05(95%CI:0.93-1.19,P=0426). ConclusionThere was no close relationship between DNA repaire gene X-ray cross-complementing group 3(XRCC3) single neucleotide polymorphisms and head and neck cancer susceptibility. |
