糖心乐对实验性糖尿病大鼠血液流变学指标的影响

中文摘要:目的观察糖心乐复方制剂对实验性糖尿病大鼠血液流变学指标的影响。方法使用糖心乐复方制剂,对糖尿病大鼠进行灌胃治疗4周,之后处死动物,采血观察血液流变学的全血黏度、血浆黏度、血细胞比容、红细胞变形指数、红细胞聚集指数等指标。结果糖心乐复方制剂能使全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、血细胞比容和红细胞变形指数均有所下降。血液流变学指标有所改善(P<0.05)。结论糖心乐复方制剂能有效地改善血液黏滞度,增强红细胞变形能力,使血流加速。

Effects of TXL on Hemorheology in Diabetic Rats
Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the effect of TXL on the hemorheology indexes of the diabetic rats. MethodsThe diabetic rats were treated through intragastric administration of TXL for 4 weeks. After that, the rats were put to death. Their blood was collected for the observation of the indexes of the whole blood viscosity, plasmaviscosity, hematocrit, red cell deformability(RCD), erythrocyte aggregation.ResultsTXL could lower the indexes of the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, red cell deformability(RCD) and erythrocyte aggregation. The hemorheology indexes were improved (P<0.05).ConclusionTXL is effective in improving blood viscosity, enhancing red cell deformability and can accelerate blood flow.
