| 中文摘要:目的探讨术前血清中癌胚抗原(CEA)与糖类抗原199(CA199)水平与结直肠癌分期、分化程度、病理类型和细胞增殖（Ki-67）的关系。方法收集292例结直肠癌患者，检测其术前血清CEA和CA199水平，分析其表达水平在不同肿瘤TNM分期、分化程度、病理类型和细胞增殖（Ki-67）的差异。结果血清CEA水平升高与肿瘤TNM分期、分化程度、病理类型存在明显统计学差异，血清CA199水平升高与肿瘤TNM分期、分化程度存在明显统计学差异，肿瘤TNM分期越晚，血清CA199水平越高(P<0.05)。血清CEA、CA199升高与Ki67无明显统计学差异。结论结直肠癌患者术前血清CEA和CA199水平可作为评估结直肠癌临床病理关系的指标之一。 |

| Study on the Relationship of Preoperative CEA and CA199 Serum Levels with Clinicopathology of Colorectal Cancer |

| Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship of serum CEA，CA199 concentration with TNM staging，differentiation grade,pathology type and cell proliferation of colorectal cancer.MethodsThere were tota1 292 cases collected．The differences of the serum concentration of CEA and CAl99 were analyzed by stastics among clinicopathology parameters.ResultsThe high level serum CEA were statistically significant between TNM staging,differentiation grade,pathology type(P<0.05). The high level serum CA199 were statistically significant between TNM staging,differentiation grade (P<0.05).The advancer of the TNM staging was，the higher concentration of serum CA 199 was (P<0.05)．ConclusionPreoperative serum concentration of CEA and CA199 could be one of the indicators to assess the clinicopathology of colorectal cancer． |
