中文摘要:目的 探讨GOLPH3在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer, NSCLC)组织中的表达及临床意义。方法 原发性NSCLC组织177例, 通过免疫组化法检测GOLPH3在NSCLC组织中的表达水平, 分析GOLPH3的表达水平与NSCLC患者临床病理之间的关系, 随访患者术后生存状态, Kaplan-Meier法计算生存概率, 预后因素的单因素分析采用Log-rank检验, COX回归进行多因素检验并计算风险比(HR)。结果 GOLPH3主要表达在NSCLC细胞质中, GOLPH3蛋白表达水平与NSCLC患者肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移和病理类型相关(P<0.05), GOLPH3阳性患者的生存期明显低于GOLPH3阴性患者(P<0.05)。结论 GOLPH3在NSCLC发生、发展中起重要作用, GOLPH3是影响NSCLC患者预后的独立危险因素。

Expression of GOLPH3 in NSCLC and Its Prognostic Significance
Abstract:Objective To explore the expressions of GOLPH3 and its prognostic significance in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods One hundred seventy-seven lung cancer tissue specimens were subjected to detect the expression of GOLPH3 by immunohistochemistry. The expression of GOLPH3 in lung cancer tissue and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters were analyzed by chi-square test. Survival rates were estimated by Kaplan-Meier method. Univariate analysis was performed by Log-rank test. COX regression model was used to perform multivariate analysis and hazard ratio (HR) calculation. Results The results of immunohistochemistry showed that expression of GOLPH3 was mainly located in the cytoplasm of lung cancer cells. The expression of GOLPH3 protein had a significant correlation with clinical stage, lymph node metastasis, size of tumor and pathologic types (P<0.05).The survived analysis showed that patients with positive expression of GOLPH3 protein had a significantly shorter survival time than those patients with negative expression of GOLPH3 (P<0.05). Conclusion GOLPH3 may play an important role in lung cancer progression. GOLPH3 was independent prognostic factors for NSCLC.
