中文摘要:目的 探讨MR图像上测量人上胫腓关节面坡度的可行性及临床意义。 方法 选择因非胫腓骨病变而行CT和MR膝关节扫描的患者53名,53条膝,年龄19~67岁,分别在CT和MR图像上测量上胫腓关节面与腓骨长轴的夹角(∠A),使用配对t检验分析两图像上测量结果的一致性。 结果 两组测量结果比较,上胫腓关节面与腓骨长轴的夹角(∠A)的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 MR和CT图像对上胫腓关节测量结果一致,为上胫腓关节的研究提供新思路,为含有腓骨头的腓骨上段骨瓣外科应用提供又一种先进且可信的影像检查方法。

Comparative Study of the Slope of Proximal Tibiofibular Articular Surface on CT and MR
Abstract:Objective To explore the feasibility and the clinical significance of the measurement for the slope of proximal tibiofibular articular surface on MRI. Methods Fifty three legs in 53 patients who had no tibiofibular diseases and aged from 19 to 67 yeas old were selected. The included angle of the proximal tibiofibular articular surface and the long axis of the fibula were measured, and paired sample t test was used to compare the differences of the measurement of the slope of proximal tibiofibular articular surface on CT and on MR. Results Comparison of two measured results showed no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion The measurement of the slope of proximal tibiofibular articular surface on CT and MRI is consistent, that provides new ideas for exploring proximal tibiofibular joint, and provides better imaging method for surgery in using upper fibular flap.
