| 中文摘要:目的 观察妊娠糖尿病(GDM)产后强化干预对血糖、血脂及炎性指标的影响。方法 选取100例产后6周行OGTT后血糖正常或糖调节受损的GDM患者,随机分为对照组与干预组,干预组使用"知己管理模式"强化干预生活方式3个月。于产后两年再次行OGTT,并同时测定胰岛素、HbA1c、血脂、超敏C反应蛋白(CRP)等指标。使用t检验或非参数检验比较2组数据。结果 产后两年干预组的血糖、HbA1c、胰岛素抵抗(IR)、血脂、炎性指标均较对照组明显好转。产后IGT、DM发生率明显较对照组下降。结论 强化生活方式干预能延缓或减少GDM向DM发展,改善血脂谱及炎性状况。 |

| Observation on the Effect of Postpartum Behavioral Intervention in Women with Gestational Diabetes |

| Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of postpartum behavioral intervention on the blood glucose, lipid profile and inflammatory makers in women with gestational diabetes. Methods One hundred women with gestational diabetes checked the OGTT at 6 weeks after delivery (excluding those who were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes)were divided into two groups. The 50 women of control group were followed up by telephone or messages occasionally. The 50 women of intervention group who wore energy monitor for 3 months, were followed up every 1-2 weeks in-person. The women of two groups were checked the OGTT, fasting and postprandial insulin, HbA1c, lipid profile and C-reactive protein at 24-months postpartum again. Results The levels of blood glucose, HbA1c, insulin resistance, lipid and inflammatory makers of the intervention groups were better than the control group at 24-months postpartum, and the incidence of impaired glucose regulation was lower. Conclusion Postpartum behavior intervention on patients with GDM may decrease the risk of developing T2DM,and improve the lipid profile and inflammatory conditions. |
