| 中文摘要:目的 探讨醒脑静注射液在严重脓毒症治疗中的疗效。 方法 70例严重脓毒症患者随机分成两组,治疗组在西医集束化治疗基础上加上醒脑静治疗,对照组应用西医集束化治疗,比较两组间血清IL-6、内毒素、TNF-α、CRP、血乳酸水平及28天病死率。 结果 治疗组7天后血清IL-6、内毒素、TTNF-α、CRP、血乳酸水平均比对照组低(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组28天病死率比治疗组低(P<0.05)。 结论 严重脓毒症采取西医集束化基础上加用醒脑静注射液能提高治疗成功率。 |

| Observation on Curative Effect of Injection Xingnaojing in Severe Sepsis |

| Abstract:Objective To study the efficacy of Xingnaojing Injection in the treatment of severe sepsis. Methods Seventy cases of severe sepsis patients were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group were given Xingnaojing injection in addition to the bundle therapy of the western medicine, and patients in the control group were only given the bundle therapy. The two groups were compared for the IL-6,endotoxin,TNF-α,CRP and blood lactic acid on the fifth day and for mortality on the 28th day. Results Seven days after the treatment, IL-6, endotoxin,TNF-α, CRP and blood lactic acid were all reduced in the treatment group compared with the control group (P<0.05).28-day mortality was lower in the treatment group than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Bundle therapy combined with injection Xingnaojing can improve the success rate of severe sepsis. |
