角度法评价躯干冠状面失平衡

中文摘要:目的 探讨角度法(TALA)评价躯干冠状面失平衡的可行性和可靠性。 方法 收集2013年1~12月拍摄X线脊柱全长正位片(包括骨盆)的躯干失平衡患者58例,其中男性16例,女性42例,年龄12~48岁。由A、B 两位放射科医师分别独立使用躯干失平衡距离法(C7-CSVL)和TALA进行测量,间隔两周后重复测量1次。采用配对样本t检验法,分别比较两位医师每种方法的两次测量均数值,以及比较每位医师每种方法的测量均数值。 结果 每位医师采用C7-CSVL法的两次测量结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);采用TALA法测量的两次测量结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两位医师采用C7-CSVL法所得的测量值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),采用TALA法所得的测量值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 相比较于传统的C7-CSVL法评价躯干冠状面失平衡,TALA法所得数值在不同测量者之间、同一测量者的两次测量结果差异均无统计学意义,可见TALA法评价躯干冠状面失平衡方法简单且可重复性强。

A New Method for Measuring Coronal Trunk Imbalance Named the Trunk-Axis-Line Angle
Abstract:Objective To investigate the feasibility and reliability of a new method for evaluating coronal trunk imbalance, the trunk-axis-line-angle (TALA). Methods Totally 58 patients (16 men and 42 women; 12-48 years of age) diagnosed with trunk imbalance based on full-spine imaging (including pelvis) from January 2012 to December 2013 were consecutively enrolled in this study. Two radiologists (A,B) used both the C7-CSVL and the TALA methods respectively and independently to measure trunk imbalance. The time interval between the two measurements was 2 weeks. A paired-sample t test examined the intraobserver and interobserver difference. Results For C7-CSVL,there was significantly statistical difference (P<0.05) between the first and second measurement for each observer, and no statistical difference was found (P>0.05) for TALA. There was statistically interobserver difference for C7-CSVL (P<0.05),and no significantly interobserver difference was found for TALA (P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with C7-CSVL,there wasn't significantly intra-and interobserver difference with TALA. Therefore, the TALA method was simple and had excellent reliability for evaluating trunk imbalance.
