北京地区汉族冠心病患者CYP2C19基因多态性分析 |

中文摘要:目的 分析北京汉族冠心病患者CYP2C19基因多态性,探讨年龄、性别、糖尿病、高血压与CYP2C19基因多态性的关系。方法 选取2014年1~12月期间在中国人民解放军总医院第一附属医院心内科明确诊断冠心病的患者共500例,患者年龄25~90岁,其中,男性327例,女性173例,采用基因芯片技术检测CYP2C19基因多态性,根据Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律计算各等位基因频率,根据代谢表型分为3组:快代谢型(CYP2C19*1*1),中间代谢型(CYP2C19*1*2、CYP2C19*1*3)和慢代谢型(CYP2C19*2*2、CYP2C19*2*3、CYP2C19*3*3),并对3组中性别、年龄、高血压及糖尿病的发生频率进行比较。结果 北京汉族冠心病患者CYP2C19*1、CYP2C19*2、CYP2C19*3基因频率分别为62.8%、32.2%和5.0%,基因型频率,快代谢型(主要为CYP2C19*1*1)为39%,中间代谢型(CYP2C19*1*2、CYP2C19*1*3)为47.6%,慢代谢型(CYP2C19*2*2、CYP2C19*2*3、CYP2C19*3*3)为13.4%。不同性别各代谢基因型的频率差异无统计学意义,不同年龄间各代谢基因型的频率差异无统计学意义,糖尿病、高血压与各代谢基因型间无相关性。结论 北京汉族冠心病患者CYP2C19基因分布与中国正常健康人群类似,性别、年龄、高血压与基因代谢型无相关性。 |

Analysis of CYP2C19 Genetic Polymorphism in Patients of Han Nationality with Coronary Heart Disease from Beijing Region. |

Abstract:Objective To access the genetic polymorphisms of CYP2C19 gene in the Han patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) from Beijing Region. The relationship of The CYP2C19 gene polymorphisms and the age, gender, history of diabetes mellitus was reviewed. Methods The CYP2C19 genotypes of 500 patients(age between 25 to 90 years old, and male for 327, female for 173) with CHD, who were hospitalized in The First Affiliated Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army General Hospital during January to December in 2014, were detected using gene chip technology. The Allele frequencies were calculated according to the law of Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The patients were divided into three groups according to the metabolic phenotype:Extensive metabolizers genotype frequencies(CYP2C19*1*1), intermediate metabolizer genotype freuencies(CYP2C19*1*2/CYP2C19*1*3)and poor metabolizer genotype frequencies(CYP2C19*2*2/CYP2C19*2*3/CYP2C19*3*3). Results The allele frequencies of CYP2C19*1,CYP2C19*2 and CYP2C19*3 were 62.8%、32.2% and 5.0%,respectively in Beijing Region. Extensive metabolizers, intermediate metabolizer and poor metabolizer genotype frequencies were observed in 39%, 47.6% and 13.4% of subjects, respectively. There was no statistical differece between CYP2C19 gene polymorphisms and the age, gender and history of diabetes mellitus and hypertension of patients. Conclusion There was no significant difference in CYP2C19 genetic polymorphism between chinese healthy people and patients with CHD from Beijing Region. There was no relationship between CYP2C19 gene polymorphisms and the age, gender and hypertension of patients. |
