糖代谢异常不同阶段对左心结构及功能的影响

中文摘要:目的探讨糖代谢异常不同阶段的患者左心结构及功能的变化。方法197例入选者根据糖耐量分3组:正常糖耐量(NGT)组104例,糖耐量受损(IGT)组49例,糖尿病(DM)组44例。所有入选者均行超声心动图检查。结果与NGT组相比,IGT组和DM组患者左心室舒张晚期峰值速度(A)明显增加(P<0.05),左心室舒张早期峰值流速(E)、E/A值明显降低(P<0.05)。结论糖代谢紊乱早期的患者左心结构和左心室收缩功能正常,而左心舒张功能已减低。

Effect of Impaired Glucose Tolerance on Left Ventricular Structure and Function.
Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes of the left ventricular structure and function in patients with abnormal glucose tolerance. Methods Totally 197 cases patients according to glucose tolerance were divided into three groups:normal glucose tolerance (NGT) group of 104 cases, impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) group of 49 cases, 44 cases of diabetes mellitus (DM) group. The left ventricular structure and function were evaluated according to the results of echocardiographic measurements. Blood glucose measured fasting blood collection (FPG), blood lipid (Tch, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), Gao Min C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) etc. Results The A of IGT group and DM group was higher than NGT group(P<0.05),meanwhile the E and the ratio of E/A was much lower (P<0.05). Conclusion For the patients with abnormal glucose tolerance, the left ventricular structure and systolic function were normal,but the left ventricular diastolic function was involved.
