中文摘要:目的 观察火器-冻、冻-火器复合伤后早期血流动力学变化规律为复合伤后早期救治提供依据。方法 将30只日本大耳白兔随机分为A组火器-冻,B组冻-火器,C组火器伤,D组冻伤,E组空白对照组。构建各组模型后连续监测心率(HR)、收缩压(SP)、舒张压(DP)、平均动脉压(MAP)70min。结果 在伤后1h内各组间各监测指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组各项指标波动幅度最大,B组各项指标波动幅度大于C、D组但小于A组,C、D组各项指标较E组有较大差别但波动幅度小于A、B组。结论 兔火器-冻复合伤、冻-火器复合伤后早期血流动力学紊乱程度比较严重,依据血流动力学监测进行早期救治有助提高成活率。

Abstract:Objective To study on the early changes of hemodynamic montoring thus to provide the method of treatment in the early stages of firearms-frozen and frozen-firearms compound injury. Methods Thirty Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into five groups:A firearms-frozen group, B freeze-firearms group, C firearms group, D frostbite group, E control group. The heart rate(HR), systolic blood pressure(SBP), diastolic blood pressure(DBP) and mean arterial pressure(MAP) of rabbits were continually measured in 70min after building the model. Results A significant difference was observed in HR, SP, DP, and MAP in each group within 1 hour after compound injury. Compared with each group, the hemodynamic turbulence degree in A was the most serious. B was more serious than C, D, E but less than A. C, D was more than E but less than A, B. Conclusion The rabbit's firearms-frozen compound injury's early hemodynamic disorder degree is more serious, and treatment according to the characteristic of early hemodynamic monitoring could improve the successful rate of clinical treatment.
