中文摘要:目的 初步探究基于解剖学和影像学对颌面部包括完整咀嚼系统的数字解剖学三维有限元建模的可行性,为进一步模拟颌面部生物力学做准备。方法 采集第2代中国数字化人体"男性第23号"头颅CT图像、咀嚼肌MRI图像及双侧颞下颌关节盘MRI图像,以DICOM格式导入Mimics软件进行三维重建,再通过Geomagic Stadio软件配准模型、优化模型并构建数字化颌面部结构,最后将单个前牙的牙体牙周精细模型导入ANSYS进行有限元分析,检验模型的实用性。结果 建立了一个包含全牙列牙髓、牙本质、牙骨质、牙釉质、牙周膜、上颌骨双皮质层、下颌骨双皮质层、下牙槽神经、颞下颌关节、关节盘、关节软骨、关节囊以及咀嚼肌肉系统和颌面的三维解剖学模型,以及单个前牙的三维有限元模型。结论 基于CT、MRI影像和解剖学,利用医学影像处理软件Mimics、Geomagic Stadio及Ansys结合实构法和虚构法所建高精度颌面部模型具有全面性、先进性和实用性,可以为进一步模拟口腔医学临床中的实际问题提供理论依据。

Digital Anatomy and Three-dimensional Finite Element of Maxillofacial Region Including Masticatory Syste
Abstract:Objective To discuss feasibility of constructing maxillofacial region including masticatory system digital anatomy and three-dimensional finite element structure based on imaging and anatomy.To prepare for providing realistic volumetric models for research on biomechanics of the craniomaxillofacial structure. Methods CT machine and MRI machine were used to scan the skull, masticatory muscles and bilateral temporomandibular joint in the second generation of Chinese Digitized Human "male No. 23". CT and MRI image data in format of DICOM were in batches imported into Mimics to reconstruction 3-D model. Then integrating and optimizing the models, and constructing model of the maxillofacial region including masticatory system structure by geomagic stadio were performed.Finally defining the material properties, constructing the 3D finite element model of central incisor by means of Ansys was carvied ant. Results A 3D model of maxillofacial region including the masticatory system, full teeth structure, enamel, cementum, dentin, dental pulp, periodontal ligament, mandibular, maxillary, temporomandibular joint (TMJ), TMJ disc, TMJ capsule, TMJ articular cartilage were constructed.And a 3D finite element model of central incisor was constructed. Conclusion It is precise and feasible to construct a 3D model of the maxillofacial region including masticatory system based on CT images, MRI images and anatomy by means of Mimics, Geomagic Stadio and Ansys.This model is comprehensive, practical, accurate, progressive and further provide theoretical basis for simulation of oral clinical actual problem.
