中文摘要:目的 探讨成年阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停/低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)患者中呼吸紊乱程度与脑电觉醒反应及年龄增长间的关系。方法 对2005年1月~2014年12月入笔者医院神经科睡眠检查室行多导睡眠图监测的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停/低通气成年患者的睡眠情况进行回顾性分析,共入组621例,年龄>18岁,睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数(apnea-hypopnea index, AHI)≥5次/小时,观察与睡眠呼吸暂停/低通气相关的脑电觉醒指数(arousal index, ARI),采用相关性分析研究脑电觉醒反应与年龄、呼吸事件之间的关系。结果 621例患者,男性445例,女性176例(男:女为2.53:1),患者年龄最小19岁,最大84岁,患者平均年龄51.39±12.13岁;最小AHI=5.03,最大AHI=186.53,平均AHI 33.84±22.59;最小ARI=0,最大ARI=195.60,平均ARI23.45±25.55;相关性分析ARI、AHI与年龄增长无相关性(P>0.01);ARI与AHI呈线性相关,相关系数为0.421,并且在各年龄组均有显著相关性。结论 睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数对脑电觉醒反应程度有显著影响,呼吸紊乱指数越高,与相关脑电觉醒反应越明显,而年龄增长对呼吸事件相关的脑电觉醒反应没有明确的影响。 |

Relationship between EEG Arousal and Age in OSAHS Patients with Different Apnea/Hypopnea Hndex |

Abstract:Objective To investigate respiratory events in adults with obstructive sleep apnea/hypopnea syndrome caused by EEG arousal and age, and the relationship between the apnea hypopnea index. Methods We performed a retrospective analysis from January 2005 to December 2014 in our hospital neurology sleep examination room line polysomnography monitoring of obstructive sleep apnea/hypopnea adult patients with sleep. We enrolled a total of 621 cases, age more than 18 years of age and sleep apnea-hypopnea index (apnea-hypopnea index, AHI) ≥ 5 times/hour, then observed with sleep apnea/hypopnea EEG arousal index (arousal index, ARI). At last we did correlation analysis of EEG awakening to study the relationship among the reaction and age, respiratory events. Results 621 patients, male 445, female 176(M:F=2.53:1). The youngest was 19 years old, and the oldest was 84 years old, with the average age of 51.39±12.13. The minimum AHI was 5.03, maximum AHI 186.53, mean AHI 33.84±22.59; and the minimum ARI was 0, the maximum ARI 195.60, average ARI 23.45±25.55. The correlation analysis ARI, AHI and age showed there was no correlation between ARI or AHI and age (P>0.01). But the ARI and AHI get linear correlation, and the correlation coefficient was 0.421. Besides it in all age groups had a significant correlation. Conclusion The age of the respiratory event related EEG arousal level has little effect while sleep apnea hypopnea index has a significant impact. The higher the disturbance index, reaction of apnea/hypopnea EEG arousal was more significant. |
