| 中文摘要:目的 研究吸烟对高血压前期体检人群血脂及静息心率的影响。方法 采用问卷调查形式收集杭州及嘉兴两地4家医院健康体检中符合高血压前期诊断标准人群的吸烟状态,并根据其吸烟状态分为吸烟组及不吸烟组各150例,另设血压正常的健康体检者100例作为对照组,同时对3组体检获得的静息心率、血脂及体重指数等数据进行比较分析。结果 3组BMI、LDL-C差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),吸烟组TG、TC、FBG、SBP、DBP、RHR均显著高于不吸烟组及对照组(P<0.01),而HDL-C水平则低于不吸烟组及对照组(P<0.01),不吸烟组与对照组比较显示血清TG、TC、HDL-C、FBG水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但不吸烟组SBP、DBP、RHR水平高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 吸烟会显著增高高血压前期人群的血压、血糖、血脂代谢及静息心率水平。 |

| Effects of Smoking Status in Prehypertension Patiens on Blood Lipid and Resting Heart Rate |

| Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of smoking status in prehypertension patiens on blood lipid and resting heart rate. Methods The smoking status of four hospitals in Hangzhou and Jiaxing were collected by questionnaire survey. According to their smoking status, 150 cases were divided into smoking group and non-smoking group. One handred cases were normal. The resting heart rate, blood lipid and body mass index were compared between the three groups. Results There was no significant difference between the three groups of LDL-C and BMI(P>0.05), smoking group TC, FBG, SBP, DBP, TG, RHR were significantly higher than non-smoking group and control group(P<0.01),and the level of HDL-C was lower than that of the non smoking group and the control group(P<0.01). No smoking group compared with the control group showed no significant differences in serum TC, HDL-C, TG, FBG levels(P>0.05), but the levels of SBP, DBP and RHR were higher than those in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Smoking has a significant effect on blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipid metabolism and resting heart rate in the early stage of hypertension. |
