| 中文摘要:目的 探讨鞘氨醇-1-磷酸受体1（sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 1，S1P1）在肾脏疾病时肾脏中的表达及相关性。方法 采用免疫组化染色法测定肾脏切片中S1P1表达并半定量分析。结果 正常组、肾脏疾病组中肾脏均存在S1P1的表达分布，但各肾脏疾病组的表达强度均低于正常组（Normal组0.309±0.023，IgAN组0.061±0.029，HTN组0.053±0.012，MPGN组0.134±0.060，LN组0.109±0.021，MCD组0.085±0.026），各组与对照组比较差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 S1P1在正常肾脏组织中表达，多种肾脏疾病时S1P1表达下调，提示S1P1可能参与肾脏疾病的发生。 |

| Expression and Clinical Pathological Significance of Sphingosine-1-Phosphate Receptor 1 in the Kidney |

| Abstract:Objective To observe the expression of sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 1 (S1P1) in the kidney and explore its clinical pathological significance. Methods The expression of S1P1 in the kidney was semi-quantitative analysed by immunohistochemical staining method. Results S1P1 exited on the kidney tissue of the normal group,but also the kidney disease groups. But in the kidney disease groups, the intensity was remarkably lower than the normal group (Normal group 0.309±0.023, IgAN group 0.061±0.029, HTN group 0.053±0.012, MPGN group 0.134±0.060, LN group 0.109±0.021, MCD group 0.085±0.026). Each group comparing with control group had statistically difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of S1P1 in the kidney was decressed in a variety of kidney diseases, which conforms that S1P1 may participate in kidney disease. |
