| 中文摘要:目的 探讨胃癌患者血清中氧调节蛋白150（oxygen-regulated protein 150，ORP150）的水平及其临床意义。方法 采用ELISA法检测60例胃癌患者、30例体检正常者血清中的ORP150含量，分析其与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。结果 胃癌患者血清ORP150的水平7.06±0.56ng/ml明显高于正常对照组2.11±0.28ng/ml（P<0.05）；胃癌患者中Ⅲ、Ⅳ期血清ORP150水平明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期（P<0.05）；中低分化组血清ORP150水平明显高于高分化组（P<0.05）；血清ORP150水平随着浸润深度的增加而增高（P<0.01）；淋巴结转移组血清ORP150水平明显高于无淋巴结转移组（P<0.01）；而血清ORP150水平与年龄、性别、肿瘤直径无关。结论 胃癌患者血清ORP150水平增高，与肿瘤TNM分期、分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关。 |

| Levels of Serum ORP150 in Gastric Cancer Patients and Its Clinical Significance |

| Abstract:Objective To investigate the serum oxygen-regulated protein 150(ORP150) levels in patients with gastric cancer and its clinical significance. Methods The levels of serum ORP150 in 60 patients with gastric cancer and 30 healthy controls were determined by ELISA, and the correlation of the levels of serum ORP150 with Clinical pathological characteristics of gastric cancer was analyzed. Results The levels of serum ORP150 in gastric cancer patients(7.06±0.56ng/ml)were significantly higher than those in healthy controls(2.11±0.28ng/ml)(P<0.05). The levels of serum ORP150 in gastric cancer patients with stages Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly higher than those with stages Ⅰand Ⅱ(P<0.05). The levels of serum ORP150 in gastric cancer patients with moderate or low differentiated group were higher than those in well differentiated group(P<0.05). The levels of serum ORP150 increased with the deepened tumor invasion degree(P<0.01). And the levels of serum ORP150 with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis(P<0.01). But the levels of serum ORP150 were not correlated with age, sex, tumor size. Conclusion The increased level of serum ORP150 in gastric cancer patients was correlated with TNM stage, differentiation degree,depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis. ORP150 may be a potiential tumor marker for gastric cancer. |
