| 中文摘要:目的 研究MUC1黏蛋白在喉癌组织中的表达及其与喉癌患者临床病理资料之间的关系。方法 运用免疫组化染色及评分、荧光定量PCR方法检测51例喉癌组织及20例声带息肉组织中MUC1的表达差异，分析MUC1表达水平与喉癌患者临床病理指标之间的关系。结果 免疫组化结果显示，在51例喉癌组织中MUC1阳性率66.7%（34/51），其中包含“-”17例，“+”9例，“++”11例，“+++”14例；在20例声带息肉组织中，MUC1蛋白的阳性表达率35.0%（7/20），其中包含“-”13例，“+”4例，“++”2例，“+++”1例，喉癌组织的MUC1表达水平显著高于正常声带息肉组织（P<0.05）；荧光定量PCR检测结果显示，在喉癌组织中MUC1 mRNA的表达水平高于声带息肉组织，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。MUC1的表达与喉癌患者的T分级、临床分期及淋巴结转移有关（P<0.05），而与患者年龄、性别及分化程度无相关性（P>0.05）。结论 MUC1在喉癌中可能起到促进癌症进展的作用，患者的MUC1表达水平可能与其预后有关，具体机制有待于更深入的研究。 |

| Expression of MUC1 in Laryngeal Carcinoma and Its Clinical Significance |

| Abstract:Objective To explore the expression of MUC1 gene and its clinical significance in laryngeal carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry and real time PCR were used to detect the MUC1 expression levels of 51 cases of laryngeal carcinoma and 20 cases of vocal polyp tissues,and to analysis the relationship between MUC1 expression and clinic pathological features of patients with laryngeal carcinoma. Results In 51cases of laryngeal carcinoma, the positive rate of MUC1 was 66.7%(34/51), ″-″ 17 cases,″+″ 9 cases,″++″ 11 cases,″+++″14 cases; and the positive rate of MUC1 in normal vocal polyp tissues is 35.0%(7/20). Real time PCR showed MUC1 expression level of laryngeal carcinoma was significantly higher than vocal polyp tissues(P<0.05). MUC1 expression had correlation with clinical stage, T stage, lymph node metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma(P<0.05), but had no correlation with age, sex and degree of differentiation(P>0.05). Conclusion MUC1 is positively expressed in the majority of laryngeal carcinoma, and its expression levels may be related to the patient's prognosis. |
