| 中文摘要:目的 通过Meta分析探讨基础窦卵泡数预测IVF妊娠结局的临床应价值。方法 收集国内外有关基础窦卵泡数与IVF-ET临床妊娠结局的相关研究，符合纳入与排除标准的相关文献共11篇，采用RevMan 5.2软件对纳入的文献进行Meta分析。结果 通过对纳入的11项研究进行Meta分析显示，基础窦卵泡数越多，获卵数、临床妊娠率、继续妊娠率、种植率越高，差异有统计学意义。获卵数（SMD合并=-0.87，95% CI：-1.22~-0.52；Z=4.84，P=0.000），临床妊娠率（OR合并=0.62，95% CI：0.54~0.72，Z=6.19，P=0.000）继续妊娠率（OR合并=0.21，95% CI：0.08~0.59，Z=3.00，P=0.003）；种植率（OR合并=0.59，95% CI：0.49~0.72，Z=5.31，P=0.000），结果表明，基础窦卵泡数越多，获卵数和临床妊娠率就越高。结论 基础窦卵泡数可能是体外受精前量化卵巢储备功能的有利检测指标，并直接影响临床妊娠结局。 |

| Number of Basal Antral Follicle May Predict Pregnancy Outcome in In Vitro Fertilization: A Meta-analysis |

| Abstract:Objective The number of basal antral follicle may predict pregnancy outcome in in vitro fertilization treatment cycles by meta analysis. Methods A literature search was performed that to identify basic antral follicle count and clinical pregnancy outcome of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer is related, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, were included a total of 11 studies with meta-analysis by RevMan 5.2 software. Results Eleven studies shows that basic antral follicle count have a significant differences in the number of oocytes retrieved, clinical pregnancy rate and ongoing pregnancy rate and implantation rate. oocytes retrieved(SMD=-0.87,95%CI:-1.22--0.52;Z=4.84,P=0.000), clinical pregnancy rate(OR=0.62,95%CI:0.54-0.72,Z=6.19,P=0.000)and ongoing pregnancy rate (OR=0.21,95%CI:0.08-0.59,Z=3.00,P=0.003), implantation rate (OR=0.59,95%CI: 0.49-0.72,Z=5.31,P=0.000). The results shows that antral follicles count is related to number of oocytes obtained and clinical pregnancy rate. Conclusion Basic antral follicle count was considered the first choice when assess the ovarian reseve function and direction impact on clinical pregnancy outcome. |
