| 中文摘要:目的 分析在促排卵妊娠合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退女性中，甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体阳性对妊娠结局的影响。方法 收集2014年3月1日~2015年1月1日在苏州大学附属第一医院生殖中心经促排卵治疗后妊娠合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退的185例女性的相关资料，分为TPO-Ab阳性治疗组38例，TPO-Ab阴性治疗组101例，TPO-Ab阳性未治疗组46例，并记录妊娠结局。结果 TPO-Ab阳性未治疗组与TPO-Ab阳性治疗组比较，妊娠合并糖尿病发生率高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对促排卵妊娠合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退女性，伴TPO-Ab阳性者进行治疗可改善妊娠结局，降低了妊娠期糖尿病的发生率。 |

| Effect of Positive Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies on the Outcome of the Pregnant Women with Ovulation Induction Therapy |

| Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of positive thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPO-Ab)in the promote ovulation pregnancy complicated with subclinical hypothyroidism.Methods We selected 185 cases who were treated in The First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University reproductive medicine center from March 1sc, 2014 to January 1sc,2015, cases of the promote ovulation pregnancy complicated with subclinical hypothyroidism. We divided into 38 cases of TPO-Ab positive group with treatment, 101 cases of TPO-Ab negative group with treatment, 46 cases TPO-Ab positive group without treatment.And record the pregnancy outcome.Results The incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus in TPO-Ab positive untreated group was higher than that in TPO-Ab positive treated group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of positive TPO-Ab can improve the pregnancy outcome and reduce the incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus, promote ovulation pregnancy for these complicated with subclinical hypothyroidism. |
