美沙拉嗪联合益生菌治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效及其对炎性因子、应激蛋白和氧化应激水平的影响

中文摘要:目的 探讨美沙拉嗪联合双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效及其对炎性因子、应激蛋白和氧化应激水平的影响。方法 选取2013年2月~2015年4月间于笔者医院消化内科诊治的溃疡性结肠炎128例为研究对象,采用数字表法随机将患者分为美沙拉嗪组(单独组)和美沙拉嗪+双歧杆菌三联活菌(联合组),每组各64例。分别比较两组患者的疗效及其炎性因子、应激蛋白和氧化应激水平的变化。结果 治疗结束后,联合组的治疗有效率为92.19%(59/64),显著高于单独组的78.13%(50/64)(χ2=5.006,P=0.025);两组患者炎性因子IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α水平的水平逐渐降低(P<0.05);IL-10和HSP70的水平逐渐升高(P<0.05);MDA含量降低,GSH-Px和SOD活性明显升高(P<0.05);重要的是联合组患者的炎性因子、氧化应激和热休克蛋白70水平的改善程度均明显优于单独组(P<0.05)。结论 美沙拉嗪联合双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效良好,且能降低氧化应激和炎症水平,增加HSP70表达水平,更有利于溃疡性结肠炎患者的恢复。

Therapeutic Effects of Mesalazine Combined with Triple Viable Bifidobacterium on Ulcerative Colitis and its Influence on the Levels of Inflammation,Stress Protein and Oxidative Stress
Abstract:Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of mesalazine combined with triple viable bifidobacterium on the treatment of ulcerative colitis and their influence on the levels of inflammation, stress protein and oxidative stress.Methods The 128 cases of ulcerative colitis from February 2013 to April 2015 in our hospital were selected as the research object and randomly divided into the mesalazine group (single group) and mesalazine + triple viable bifidobacterium group (combined group). Each group had 64 cases. The clinical efficacy, the level of inflammatory cytokines, stress protein and oxidative stress were compared between two groups.Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the combined group was 92.19%(59/64), showing significantly higher than that of single group at 78.13% (50/64) (χ2=5.006, P=0.025). The inflammatory cytokines, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF were all significantly decreased (P<0.05), while IL-10 and HSP70 were increased (P<0.05). The contents of MDA were significantly decreased, and the SOD activity and the GSH-Px content were significantly increased (P<0.05). Importantly, the improvements of the combination group on the indicators of inflammatory cytokines, HSP70 and oxidative stress were much better than those of the single group (P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of mesalazine and triple viable bifidobacterium can enhance the clinical efficacy of ulcerative colitis, reduce the levels of oxidative stress and inflammation, increase the expression of HSP70, and thus promoting the recovery of the ulcerative colitis.
