| 中文摘要:目的 集中探讨艾迪注射液联合传统化疗方案对于非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者的临床疗效分析。方法 随机选取2015年2月~2016年3月于笔者医院进行病理活检及免疫组化证实为中度非霍奇金恶性淋巴瘤并进行就诊的患者80例，采用CHOP治疗的40例患者为对照组，另40例在对照组治疗方案的基础上联合艾迪注射液给予治疗的患者为观察组。两组患者均以28天为1个治疗周期，1个疗程持续2个治疗周期。观察两组患者经过1个疗程的治疗后的临床疗效、中医证候积分、生存质量积分和Karnofsky（KSP）评分和相关不良反应。结果 观察组与对照组的治疗有效率分别为47.5%和32.5%，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。观察组治疗后中医证候积分、生存质量积分KPS评分均有改善，与本组治疗前相比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；另外和对照组治疗后比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组白细胞计数下降、血小板计数下降、恶心、呕吐、食欲不振发生率均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 艾迪注射液联合传统化疗方案治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤可改善中医证候，提高生存质量，减少化疗相关不良反应，因此可在临床治疗中推广使用。 |

| Clinical Observation on Adie Injection Combined with CHOP in Treating Malignant Lymphoma |

| Abstract:Objective To observe the influence on the life quality and clinical effect by Adie injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of lymphoma.Methods Eighty cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 40 cases in the control group were given chemotherapy with CHOP scheme and 40 cases in the treatment group were added with Adie injection. 4 weeks were for 1 cycle, and 2 cycles for 1 course. The clinical effect,TCM syndrome integral,life quality integral,Karnofsky(KPS) score and adverse reaction after treatment were compared.Results The total improvement rate of the treatment group and control group were 46.5% and 32.5% (P>0.05). The TCM syndrome,life quality integral and KPS score were improved in the treatment group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05) against the group before treatment and the control group after treatment. The life quality integral and KPS score were reduced in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05) against the group before treat-ment. The incidence in the treatment group of white blood cell count reduction,nausea and vomit,anorexia was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Adie injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of lymphoma can improve the effect of chemotherapy,improve clinical symptoms,reduce the adverse reaction and improve the life quality and extend life span. |
