中文摘要:目的 探讨运动对骨髓脂肪含量的影响。方法 本研究主要以运动、体力活动、训练、骨髓脂肪为关键词进行检索文献,通过筛选,最终3篇文章纳入Meta分析。结果 运动可以显著降低人体的骨髓脂肪含量,不论是在青春发育期的少年,还是中年肥胖男性。在动物实验方面,运动显著降低了C57BL/6大鼠普通膳食组和高脂膳食组的骨髓脂肪含量。结论 运动可以有效降低骨髓脂肪含量,是增加造血功能和促进骨骼成骨作用的机制。 |

Effect of Exercise on Bone Marrow Fat Content: Meta Analysis and Review of the Literature |

Abstract:Objective Bone marrow fat content was increased with age and gradually increased, and decreased hematopoietic generation. This paper was to put exercise, physical activity, bone marrow fat as keyword search literature. Methods Through screening, the final three articles were included in the study for meta-analysis. Results The exercise can significantly reduce the bone marrow fat content, both in juvenile or middle-aged obese men puberty. In animal experiments, exercise were significantly reduced bone marrow fat content of C57BL/6 regular diet group and the high fat diet group. Conclusion The exercise can reduce the bone marrow fat content, suggesting that it is to increase the hematopoietic function and promote bone osteogenesis mechanism. |
