| 中文摘要:目的 探讨不同术式在指动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复指端缺损的应用效果。方法 选取笔者医院2013年4月~2015年4月的33例（33指）指端缺损患者进行回顾性分析，所有患者均进行指动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复进行治疗，用指固有血管神经束远侧指间关节背侧支顺行岛状皮瓣修复指端缺损8指，指固有动脉侧方掌侧皮瓣修复指端缺损5指，手指末节侧方筋膜皮瓣修复指端缺损5指，指背神经筋膜蒂逆行岛状皮瓣修复指端8指，吻合指背神经的指动脉终末背支逆行岛状皮瓣修复指端缺损7指。皮瓣切取平均面积为（1.2×1.5）cm2~（1.8×2.5）cm2。结果 5种手术方式得到的有效率之间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；手指末节侧方筋膜皮瓣修复指端缺损满意度明显高于其他手术方式，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对指端缺损患者采用不同术式的指动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复术可以更好的修复患者的损伤，提高患者的康复效果。 |

| Applied Research of Different Operative Methods in Finger Artery Retrograde Island Flap to Repair Finger Tip Defect |

| Abstract:Objective To study the different operative methods in finger artery retrograde island flap to repair the application effect of finger tip defect. Methods Thirty three cases with fingertip defect were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2015(33 fingers). All patients underwent artery reverse island flap for treatment, with that inherent neurovascular bundle away interphalangeal joint dorsal side branch anterograde island flap 8 fingertip defect refers refers artery palmar side flap fingertip defect 5 refers to the finger distal side fascia flap 5 finger fingertip reconstruction, dorsal nerve fascia island flap repair fingertip 8 refers to coincide dorsal nerve terminal dorsal branch artery retrograde island flap fingertip defect 7 fingers. Flap cut an average size of (1.2×1.5)cm2-(1.8×2.5)cm2. Results There was no significant difference between five kinds of the efficient way to get surgery, no statistical significance(P>0.05).Satisfaction of finger small side fascia flap to repair finger tip defect degree was significantly higher than other surgical procedure, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Fingertip defect were treated with different surgical procedures artery island flap repair patients can better repair damage and improve rehabilitation outcomes. |
