中文摘要:目的 通过冠状动脉造影作为金标准,探索通过CT与和肽素相结合的方式,评价冠状动脉临界病变患者的危险程度。方法 选取2013年6月~2015年6月之间100例行冠状动脉CT检查的患者,其中冠状动脉CT示临界病变80例作为实验组,行冠状动脉造影检查,根据造影结果分为重度狭窄组48例,非重度狭窄组32例,冠状动脉正常20例作为对照组,均行和肽素(copeptin)检查,比较不同组别患者和肽素水平,探讨其诊断意义。结果 对照组2个亚组血浆和肽素水平(ng/ml)显著高于对照组。重度狭窄组和肽素水平(ng/ml)显著高于非重度狭窄组。结论 冠心病患者血浆和肽素水平较高,其在一定程度内可以反映冠状动脉病变程度,与CT相结合对于临界病变诊断更准确。

Evaluation of Intermediate Coronary Stenosis Through Computed Tomography Coronary Angiography and Copeptin
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the judgement accuracy and hazard level of intermediate coronary stenosis through computed tomography coronary angiography (CCTA) and copeptin. Methods From June 2013 to June 2015,80 patients referred for CCTA and coronary angiography were studied in our hospital.The 80 patients were divided into two group:group with severe stenosis (n=48), group with no severe stenosis(n=32).At the same time,20 cases with normal coronary artery were selected as control group. Plasma copeptin was determined by radio immunoassay (RIA) and was compared between different groups. Results Plasma copeptin level(ng/ml) in experimental group was significantly higher than that in the controls.Plasma copeptin level(ng/ml) in group with severe stenosis was significantly higher than that in the group with no severe stenosis. Conclusion Plasma copeptin in CHD patients is at a higher level,and to some extent it can reflect the severity of coronary atherosclerosi. And copeptin combined with CT have more accurate in judge intermediate coronary stenosis.
