中文摘要:目的 探讨二维斑点追踪显像技术评价2型糖尿病患者左心房功能的临床应用价值。方法 对60例2型糖尿病患者分为左心室舒张功能正常组(A组,Ve/Va≥1)、左心室舒张功能减低组(B组,Ve/Va<1)以及30例健康志愿者组(C组)。应用二维斑点追踪显像技术测量各组左心房前壁、下壁、后壁、侧壁、房间隔的应变率(SR)。结果 A组与C组相比,A组SSR、ESR均减低(P<0.05),ASR增加(P<0.05);B组与C组相比,B组SSR减低(P<0.05),ESR明显减低(P<0.01),左ASR增加(P<0.05);A组与B组相比,B组SSR减低(P<0.05),ESR减低(P<0.05),ASR差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者左心室舒张功能正常时左心房功能已出现损害。2型糖尿病患者左心室舒张功能轻度减低时,左心房助力泵功能增加,左心房储存器功能和管道功能进一步减低。 |

Evaluation of Left Atrial Function in Type 2 Diabetic Patients with Two Dimensional Speckle Tracking |

Abstract:Objective To investigate the two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging technique to evaluate the application value of left atrial function in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into left ventricular diastolic function in normal group (group A, Ve/Va ≥ 1), decrease of left ventricular diastolic function group (group B, Ve/Va<1)and 30 cases healthy volunteers were seered as the control group (C group).Two-dimensional speckle tracking front wall, left atrium imaging measurement under the wall, posterior wall, side wall, the atrial septum (SR) were used. Results Compared with C group, SSR,ESR in A group was lower(P<0.05); ASR increased the average peak (P<0.05).Compared with C group, SSR in B group decreased (P<0.05), ESR decreased the average peak (P<0.01), ASR increased the average peak (P<0.05).Compared with B group, SSR in A group decreased (P<0.05), ESR decreased the average peak(P<0.05).difference in ASR was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The left ventricular diastolic function of type 2 diabetic patients with normal left atrial function has been impaired The left ventricular diastolic function of type 2 diabetic patients with mild decreases,and left atrial reservoir function and conduit function further reduced. Compared with normal function in type 2 diabetic patients with left ventricular diastolic, booster pump function did not change significantly. |
