中文摘要:目的 探讨自身免疫甲状腺疾病(AITD)与25(OH) D水平的相关性。方法 选取初诊Graves病(GD)42例,缓解期GD 38例,慢性淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎(HT)24例,健康对照组38例。检查血清25(OH) D、促甲状腺受体抗体(TR-Ab)、抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPO-Ab)、总甲状腺素(TT4)、总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、促甲状腺素(TSH)水平。并对25(OH) D水平、甲状腺功能及甲状腺抗体进行相关性分析。结果 与对照组相比,初诊GD组、缓解GD组及HT组的血清25(OH) D均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。GD组(初诊期、缓解期)血清25(OH) D与FT3、FT4、TT3、TT4 TSH TR-Ab水平无相关性。HT组25(OH) D与TPO-Ab、FT3、FT4、TT3、TT4之间无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 AITD患者血中25(OH) D水平的不足,显示其可能在甲状腺自身免疫反应的发生、发展中起重要作用。 |

Study on the Relationship Between the Development of Autoimmune Thyroid Disease and the Level of 25-Hydroxy Vitamin D3 |

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between autoimmune thyroid disease (AITD) and the level of 25-hydroxy vitamin D3. Methods Forty two cases of newly diagnosed Graves disease (GD), 38 cases of GD in remission, 24 cases of Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT) and 38 cases of healthy control group were selected. Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3,thyrotropin receptor antibody (TRAb), anti thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb), total thyroxine (TT4), total three triiodothyronine (TT3), free thyroxine (FT4), free three triiodothyronine (FT3), thyrotropin (TSH) were measured were tested. Analysis of the correlation between 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 levels and thyroid function and thyroid antibody was performed. Results Compared with the control group, the serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 in newly diagnosed GD group and GD group in remission and HT group were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant. Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 levels were not associated with the levels of serum TT3, TT4, FT3, FT4, TSH,TRAb in GD group (initial diagnosis and remission). There was no correlation between 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and TPOAb, TT3, TT4, FT3, FT4 and TSH in HT group(P>0.05). Conclusion The level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 in AITD patients is insufficient, which shows that it may play an important role in the occurrence and development of thyroid autoimmune reaction. |
