| 中文摘要:目的 探讨过氧化物还原酶3（PRX3）在妊娠早期的抗氧化作用。方法 收集90例在门诊行人工流产的患者血清和流产后的绒毛组织，采用酶联免疫吸附测定法，检测PRX3的血清值，采用实时定量PCR和蛋白质印迹法，检测绒毛中PRX3的表达水平。结果 自妊娠8周以后开始，孕妇的血清PRX3值显著高于非孕女性（P<0.05），绒毛组织中PRX3的表达随着孕周增长逐渐升高。结论 妊娠女性体内存在氧化应激状态，并且随着孕周的增长而加重。PRX3在绒毛组织中具有重要的抗氧化功能。 |

| Serum Peroxiredoxin 3 in Early Pregnant Women |

| Abstract:Objective To investigate the role of peroxiredoxin 3 (PRX3) in early pregnancy. Methods We collected serum and villus tissues from ninety patients at first trimester. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, real-time PCR, and Western Blotting were applied to examine the PRX3 level in above samples. Results The serum PRX3 in pregnant women was significantly higher than in non-pregnant controls. The expression of PRX3 in villus tissues was increased with gestational progression. Conclusion The oxidative stress was increased in pregnant women. PRX3 plays an active role in antioxidant defense of villus tissues. |
