| 中文摘要:目的 研究survivin及caspase-3在分化型癌组织中的阳性表达及两者的相互关系。方法 选取西安市中心医院2010年1月~2016年10月间分化型甲状腺癌石蜡包埋标本56例。应用免疫组织化学法（SP法），检测survivin、caspases-3在分化型甲状腺癌中的表达。结果 结节性甲状腺肿组、甲状腺癌旁组survivin蛋白的表达差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；结节性甲状腺肿组survivin表达与DTC组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；结节性甲状腺肿组、甲状腺癌旁组caspase-3蛋白的表达经检验两者间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；结节性甲状腺肿组caspase-3蛋白表达与DTC组（30/56，53.5%）差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；survivin和caspase-3在DTC Ⅰ~Ⅱ期的阳性表达率与DTC Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的阳性表达率及有无淋巴结转移组中比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；caspase-3差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。survivin表达与caspase-3蛋白表达呈负相关（r=-0.325，P<0.01）。结论 survivin与caspase-3介导的细胞凋亡途径参与了甲状腺癌的发生、发展过程。 |

| Expression and Significance of Survivin and Caspase-3 in Differentiated Thyroid Carcinoma |

| Abstract:Objective To evaluate the positive expression and the relationship of Survivin and caspase-3 in differentiated carcinoma. Methods Fifty-six cases of paraffin-embedded specimens of differentiated thyroid carcinoma from January 2010 to October 2016 were selected from Xi'an Central Hospital. The expression of survivin and caspases-3 in differentiated thyroid carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemistry (SP method). Results The expression of Survivin protein in nodular goiter group and thyroid carcinoma group was not significantly different (P>0.05). The expression of Survivin in nodular goiter group was significantly different from that in DTC group (P<0.05). The expression of caspase-3 protein in the nodular goiter group was significantly higher than that in the DTC group (30/56,53.5), and the expression of caspase-3 protein in the goiter group and thyroid carcinoma group was significantly different (P<0.05). The positive expression rate of survivin and caspase-3 in DTC Ⅰ-Ⅱ was significantly different from that in DTC Ⅲ-Ⅳ and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in caspase-3. (P>0.05). Survivin expression was negatively correlated with caspase-3 protein expression (r=-0.325, P<0.01). Conclusion Survivin and caspase-3 are involved in the development of thyroid carcinoma by apoptotic pathway |
