| 中文摘要:目的 膀胱癌患者肿瘤组织中Nucleostemin基因表达的改变，并探讨其相关的临床意义。方法 选取海南医学院第一附属医院泌尿外科2016年3月~2017年4月收治的膀胱癌82例，取癌旁非肿瘤组织作为对照。Nucleostemin基因mRNA表达量使用RT-PCR荧光定量PCR检测。结果 膀胱癌组织中Nucleostemin的2-△Ct值为0.294±0.046，显著高于对照膀胱组织的0.127±0.018（P<0.01）。Nucleostemin的2-△Ct值膀胱癌患者的性别和年龄无显著相关性（P>0.05）。Nucleostemin的2-△Ct值在TNM临床Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者为0.352±0.058，显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者的0.263±0.037（P<0.05）。Nucleostemin的2-△Ct值在浸润深度达到肌层的患者为0.316±0.51，显著高于未达到肌层的0.235±0.032（P<0.05）。Nucleostemin的2-△Ct值在中、低分化患者为0.327±0.054，显著高于高分化的0.262±0.033（P<0.05）。Nucleostemin2-△Ct值在淋巴结有转移患者为0.346±0.055，显著高于无转移的0.269±0.038（P<0.05）。结论 膀胱癌组织中Nucleostemin基因高表达，其表达变化可能参与膀胱癌的发生、发展、侵袭和转移过程。 |

| Nucleostemin mRNA Expresssion in Bladder Cancer and Its Clinical Significance |

| Abstract:Objective To detect Nucleostemin mRNA expresssion in bladder cancer and explore its clinical significance.Methods 82 patients of bladder cancer were enrolled in this study. The non cancerous tissues beside the tumor were taken as controls. Real-time PCR analysis was used to detect Nucleostemin mRNA expresssion.Results Nucleostemin mRNA expresssion in bladder cancer tissue was 0.294±0.046, which was higher than that of 0.127±0.018 in control tissue(P<0.01). Nucleostemin mRNA expresssion was no significant difference between different gender and age in bladder cancer (P>0.05). Nucleostemin mRNA expresssion in Ⅲ and Ⅳ stage group was 0.352±0.058, which was higher than that of 0.263±0.037 in Ⅰ and Ⅱ stage group(P<0.05). Nucleostemin mRNA expresssion of patients with muscular layer infiltration was 0.316±0.51, which was higher than that of 0.235±0.032 in non-muscular layer infiltration patients(P<0.05). Ucleostemin mRNA expresssion in median and low differentiation group was 0.327±0.054, which was higher than that of 0.262±0.033 in well differentiation group group(P<0.05). Nucleostemin mRNA expresssion in lymph node metastasis group was 0.346±0.055, which was higher than that of 0.269±0.038 in non-lymph node metastasis group(P<0.05).Conclusion High expression of Nucleostemin mRNA was detected in bladder cancer. Which was related to clinical stages, lymph node metastasis, and tumor differentiation of bladder cancer. |
