| 中文摘要:目的 研究迪康凝胶和康惠尔清创胶对大鼠烫伤创面的治疗效果。方法 将SD大鼠随机分为模型组、康惠尔清创胶组和迪康凝胶组，均造背部深Ⅱ度烫伤。两药物组连续治疗21天，每天1次，模型组自然愈合。考察创面皮肤的愈合效果，检测皮肤组织IL-8、TNF-α、胶原Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型及血清EGF含量以及组织IL-8、TNF-α表达水平。结果 迪康凝胶可有效修复损伤组织，促进真皮生长，促进创面愈合；较模型组，可明显降低创面皮肤组织TNF-α和IL-8（P<0.05，P<0.01），提高Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原含量（P<0.05，P<0.01），明显提升血清EGF （P<0.05）；各组TNF-α和IL-8的mRNA表达水平均与其组织含量水平基本一致。迪康凝胶和康惠尔清创胶相比，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 迪康凝胶能有效促进大鼠皮肤烫伤创面的愈合。 |

| Therapeutic Effect of Dikang Gel and Kang Whirlpool Devridement Gum on Scald Wounds Healing in Rats |

| Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Dikang gel and Kang Whirlpool Devridement gum on wound healing in scalded rats. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into model group, Kang Whirlpool Devridement gum group and Dikang gel group. Deep second-degree scald model was set up in SD rats. The two drug groups were administered once a day for 21 days and the model group was not administered. The wound healing process and histopathology were monitored. The levels of IL-8, TNF-α, collagen Ⅰ, Ⅲ and serum EGF and the expression of TNF-α and IL-8 mRNA in tissues were also detected. Results Dikang gel can significantly promote wound healing with a good effect of tissue repair and promote dermal growth; compared with the model group, the levels of TNF-α and IL-8 were significantly decreased (P<0.05, P<0.01) while the levels of collagenⅠand Ⅲ were increased (P<0.05,P<0.01) and the serum EGF were significantly increased as well (P<0.05). The expression levels of TNF-α and IL-8 mRNA in the two drug groups were consistent with the protein concentrations. Conclusion Dikang gel can effectively promote the healing of rat skin scald wounds. |
