| 中文摘要:目的 探讨lnc RNA CCAT1在肝细胞肝癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法 采用荧光定量PCR检测检测96例肝癌癌灶组织及癌旁组织中lnc RNA CCAT1的表达情况，并分析与各临床病理因素以及患者预后的相关性。结果 lnc RNA CCAT1在肝癌癌灶组织表达升高；肝癌癌灶组织中lnc RNA CCAT1表达量和门静脉癌栓、TNM分期等因素相关。进一步生存分析发现lnc RNA CCAT1表达阳性者术后平均生存时间（32.1个月，95% CI：26.3~38.0个月）明显短于阴性患者（47.2个月，95% CI：42.5~52.0个月），差异有统计学意义（χ2=7.607，P=0.006）。并且lnc RNA CCAT1表达是肝癌患者总体生存的独立危险因素。结论 lnc RNA CCAT1表达在肝癌发生、发展中发挥重要作用；lnc RNA CCAT1表达是肝癌患者的独立预后因素。 |

| Expression and Prognostic Significance of Long non-coding RNA CCAT1 in Hepatocellular Carcinoma |

| Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of lnc RNA CCAT1 in Hepatocellular carcinoma tissues. Methods HLA-F expression in the primary tumor lesions and their adjacent normal liver tissues from 96 HCC patients were analyzed by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR), and its relationship between lnc RNA CCAT1 expression and the clinicopathological features and prognosis of HCC patients was also analyzed. Results CCAT2 expression was upregulated in cancerous tissues compared with adjacent normal tissue samples. The level of CCAT2 was positively associated with portal vein invasions and TNM stages. Survival analysis revealed that the mean survival time of the CCAT2 positive HCC patients was 32.1 months(95%CI:26.3-38.0 months), which was significantly shorter than that of CCAT2 negative HCC patients(47.2 months, 95%CI:42.5-52.0 months)(χ2=7.607,P=0.006). Moreover,lnc RNA CCAT2 expression was an independent predictor of overall survival of HCC patients. Conclusion lnc RNA CCAT2 high expression may play an important role in the malignant progression of HCC, and lnc RNA CCAT2 expression could be an independent prognostic factor for HCC patients. |
